The homemade pasta dishes were nothing short of extraordinary. The signature Risotto all'Amarone was an absolute revelation, its rich, velvety texture and decadent notes of Amarone wine taking us on a journey to Valpolicella’s vineyards. The duck ragu was delicate yet hearty, delivering an explosion of flavors that could only come from a seasoned chef who knows his craft. What truly set this restaurant apart was the personalized attention from the owner himself. He graciously took the time to visit our table. His warmth and genuine enthusiasm made us feel like we were dining in the company of a dear friend. In addition to the exquisite food, the staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that each guest's needs were met with genuine care. „Osteria Numero Uno“ is more than just a restaurant. Delightful and cozy restaurant for which we got a recommendation to visit and haven't regretted it in the least. Food is delicious although on the expensive side, but main highlight is the owner: full of energy and enthusiasm, always with a smile on his face, greets every guest and makes him/her feel special and welcome. The rest of the staff is equally courteous and attentive.
